As from the 1st APRIL 2026 Bentley Plaza Family Practice is a BULK BILLING PRACTICE, for patients that hold a valid Medicare Card, some items are not covered under Medicare which means that there may be fees associated with some consultations. If you have any questions or concerns about our billing practices, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly reception staff for assistance.
Billing Policy
As from the 1st APRIL 2026 Bentley Plaza Family Practice is a BULK BILLING PRACTICE, for patients that hold a valid Medicare Card, some items are not covered under Medicare which means that there may be fees associated with some consultations. Our practice believes that everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare. Please note that some consultations may have associated fees. For further information, feel free to ask our friendly reception staff.
Some exemptions to the fees – There are some exceptions to the fees, as Medicare does not cover all services. Some services that are not covered by Medicare will require payment on the day of your appointment. Please see below for a list of these services.

Please contact the surgery prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend. To ensure accommodate all patients, we kindly request that you contact the surgery at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment if you are unable to attend or anticipate running late. Failure to do so, or not attending your scheduled appointment, will result in a charge.
